1. Digital Products, Orders & Payments

• Instant Digital Fulfillment: We specialize exclusively in instant digital downloads, digital bundles, interactive tools, and audio guides. No physical items will be shipped.

• Payment Processing: We accept all major forms of secure electronic payment, including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Google Pay (GPay), Apple Pay, and shop integrations.

• No Post-Processing Changes: Because digital delivery links are authorized and emailed automatically the exact second your payment clears, orders cannot be changed, swapped, or modified after checkout.

 

2. Digital Delivery (Shipping Exemption)

• Delivery Method: Green Envy Co. operates on a zero-shipping-delay model. All products are delivered instantly on your post-checkout confirmation screen and via an automated download link sent straight to your email.

• Carrier Delays: As an e-commerce platform, we are exempt from traditional physical shipping carrier delays. However, we are not responsible for delivery interruptions caused by user email filters, incorrect email entries at checkout, or local internet outages.

 

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
